What is different between Maine and Kansas...

There are many differences between Maine and Kansas. First of all, They are different areas. Maine is near the ocean.On the other hand, Kansas has a lot of prairie. This is most important point! Because Maine is near the sea, people can get fish, seaweed,etc... Of course,most people prefer to be fishermen. But in Kansas, there is open land. Kansas has lots of flats,prairies, andfarms, too! And Kansas has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. In my thinking,Kansas seems typically rural.
